Embracing the mission of spreading the message of God’s mercy, the vision is to serve the whole person – body. mind and spirit, while also considering the household, community and overall impact of the person's environment.
Adapting modern technology to elevate the dignity and effectiveness of caring ministries, coordinating care, bringing services to those in need and reducing the need for transportation are primary to the goals and objectives of The Jesse Tree, including.
• Improving stewardship of local resources
• Reducing duplication of effort
• Integrating healthcare, health education, social services and ministerial assistance
• Teaching individuals and families to take charge of chronic conditions that negatively impact their health and well being.
The corporal and spiritual works of mercy guide the various programs and projects of The Jesse Tree. All are designed to fill gaps in the existing system or to link providers to clients -- and sometimes, providers to providers -- to create a more holistic approach to problem solving in service to the ultimate goal of creating a comprehensive plan that empowers the individual to achieve the maximum level of self-sufficiency while promoting a dignified process of locating and receiving assistance.
